My work experiences are many. During the early years of college, I worked at Holly River Sate Park (during the summers) as a campground attendant, office clerk, and Park Naturalist. I have worked on a saw mill processing lumber for orders and have cut timber with a chain saw.I have worked in a Meat Shop as a butcher apprentice. Later, I was employed by (then) State Road Commission as an inspector for some of the sections of Interstate 79. I gained a lot of experience in engineering, survey, drainage,bridgework, and Plans and X-Sections. Later, I hired in as a Grade Checker for Black Rock Contracting where I was responsible for cuts as they came down and fills as they went up. During this period of time, I contuined college and got a degree in Business Adm. with a specialization in Finance. I also worked as a Foreman whilel working on I-79. I learned heavy equipment operations. Have operated Dozers, Pans, Graders, Sheep Foot Roller,and End Loader.

     After I graduated form College, I worked as a loan office in a Bank for a period of time. I moved to the WV Welfare Dept and was an Elibibility Specialist, Social Service Worker. I also served as Special Crisis Intervention Program Coordinator for Braxton and Clay Co.

      I hired in as the Business Office Manager of the Newly Built Braxton County Memorial Hospital and was responsible for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Patient Billing, Switchboard, Admitting Office, Mail Service,and Credit Collections. I moved from the Hospital to being a full time Insurance Representative. I have been doing insurance since. In Dec. 2011, I sold out part of the Insurance Business and am now only working part time Insurance.

      I got my Real Estate Lic. in 1985. Since that time, I have worked for Real Estate Brokers in Upshur, Lewis and Braxton Co's. This was on a part time basis. I now am working full time as a Realtor for Runyan & Associates. I have a lot of experience in Real Estate over the years and can provide excellent service to meet your needs.
